Drone footage for websites

Nothing beats the thrill of filming over water though, and the project that we recently completed only 30 minutes from our base in Chester demonstrates this perfectly.

The finished film, produced by our in-house video production unit Stoat Media, shows a barge manoeuvring into position so that two enormous boilers could be transferred onto land.

As a one-take operation that had to be completed in a very precise time window dictated by the tide, our team deployed two drones, supported by ground time-lapse ground cameras.

We’ve been carrying out fully-licensed drone flights for several years now, and in that time we’ve filmed all sorts of shots from simple fly-throughs of retail areas to cinematic sweeps of inner city architecture and construction. Our films have been used for all sorts of applications, mainly on websites. We’ve also captured scores of aerial stills for print and web.
